BayForce’s SAP Application Support Services offers our Clients an alternative to the risky and ineffective offshore support solution by providing a support model leveraging highly experienced, 100% US-based SAP resources. In addition, we do not require a large commitment from our clients for this service. We provide the option of both a “bucket of hours” of support across your entire SAP landscape or as little as .25 FTEs (10 hours per week) per skill set to meet your specific support requirements.

User Support & Break/Fix
Looking for Level 2/3 support but don’t want to offshore? Many SAP customers have tried offshore support and found the model counterproductive because of low skill level support technicians or communication issues. BayForce offers User Support & Break/Fix to provide SAP help desk support (Level 2/3) for our clients’ user community. We diagnose the incident and determine the appropriate fix for breaks in existing functional configuration and/or existing custom development.

Basis Administration
Do you outsource all or a portion of your Basis Administration but are asked to commit to multi-year, large support contracts? BayForce can offer a less costly, flexible alternative to provide you with administration services for performance and tuning, system monitoring, change management, database administration, installation of SAP-supplied updates, etc. You customize the solution to meet your needs and we provide highly skilled, US-based SAP Basis Administrators to support these needs.

Minor Enhancement & Report Development
Does your organization have enhancement or report development needs that cannot be met by your internal staff and need to be done on a tight budget? BayForce handles the development of new reports, minor new functionality configuration, or enhancements to existing functionality with proven, senior SAP resources that can complete these small projects quickly and at a lower price point than if you hired a full-time external consultant allowing you to address these user requests or mini-projects efficiently without unduly burdening your internal support team.

Security Administration
